Jingxing Holdings (Malaysia) Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhejiang Jingxing Paper Industry Co., Ltd., established in Wanjinzhen Golden Lion Industrial Park, Selangor State, Malaysia. It is a response by Jingxing Paper Industry to the national "Belt and Road" strategic policy, the local government's industrial structure adjustment strategy, and based on the long-term development plan of the enterprise itself, to establish a new pulp and paper manufacturing base in Malaysia for the strategic goal of re-creating "New Jingxing". 

The company plans to produce 1.4 million tons of pulp and paper annually. It will adopt the most advanced manufacturing equipment and technologies from around the world, and implement advanced management concepts to meet the demands of customers to the greatest extent. 

The first phase project, the 800,000-ton recycled pulp board paper project, was completed and put into operation in 2023. The second phase project plans to purchase and install a new production line with a width of 8600mm and a quantitative range of 70-160g/㎡ for boxboard paper, along with its supporting facilities. The production line will use imported waste paper from the United States and local waste paper from Malaysia as raw materials, with an annual output of 600,000 tons of boxboard paper. The main equipment bidding and the approval process for the civil construction project in Malaysia have been completed, and the project has entered the construction stage.
